Refund policy

Returns

All returns or requests for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase, and must be sent by e-mail to support@entouragetherapeutics.com.  If possible, please attach a picture of the item you are seeking to return.  We will contact you with further instructions, including where to return the item if approved.  

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging (box, instruction insert, etc...).  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) days. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@entouragetherapeutics.com and we will contact you with further instructions.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for an item until it is received at our facility, and we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
